Here are just a few questions from our "Rapid Assessment Protocol" that we use to ascertain your best solution:

• What kind of surface do you have to clean or maintain?  VCT, Ceramic, polished granite, sheet vinyl, concrete (coated or not), wood, counter top?
  

• Is the surface porous or non-porous?
  

• What color is it?

• Is this a one time job or are you maintaining it?

• If maintaining, how often are you taking care of this surface?  Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, once a year, etc.

• What does your customer want it to look like when you are finished ?

• What equipment do you have to do this task?

• How much time or people do you have to do this task?
